Making a Change
If change wasn't hard, there wouldn't be thousands of books, TED talks, workshops, and degrees organized around understanding it. You may know you want to make a change, need to make a change, but are just struggling on the follow-through. Or it could be that you don't know what the change is that needs to happen, but something has to happen. You can't keep going like this.
Coaching isn't therapy. And it isn't someone making a plan for you. It is getting clear on what you need and value, setting goals to make those things happen, and then building an action plan and accountability to attain those goals. From adopting a healthier work/life balance, building capacity around difficult conversations, or planning for the next phase of your life, coaching should provide you with the clarity, vision, and action steps to get there.
